Took Mom out to dinner here after a Crabtree Valley mall trip while we were shopping for Hokas. We wanted somewhere with steamed tofu and veggies and sushi! Pictured is the steamed tofu + Dynamir roll and the Funky Monkey roll which has banana in it so that was a unique touch.

My BF and I ordered food to go. I ordered shrimp with lobster sauce which came with a side of white rice. I also ordered an appetizer of crab Rangoon's. My BF ordered the fried calamari and shrimp lo mein no veggies. The crab Rangoon's were nice and crispy and the crab filling is so flavorful I wanted more. The shrimp and lobster sauce is just as flavorful and absolutely delicious and the portion is huge for the price and well worth it at that. My BF didn't care for his fried calamari he said to was too tough and mostly breading. He did enjoy his shrimp lo mein and that too was a huge portion as well. Even with him not wanting the vegetables they did not skimp on the shrimp. The customer service was good nothing special since we were getting our food to go. You can dine in as well the restaurant is very clean and plenty of tables and chairs. I will for sure come back when I am in the area. It was very hard to find good Chinese food in Nc and this spot fit the bill.

My love and I are absolutely enchanted by the food here. You simply must try the spicy shrimp fried rice--it never disappoints and is always consistently delicious. On a romantic rainy day, there's nothing better than sharing some Crab Rangoon and sushi together. It's an experience we cherish.

Quick service for lunch pick up. Chicken was nice and crispy the way I like it. They also offered soup with lunch special, but this was plenty of food. Will go back to try other dishes.

Really good food. I can't speak on the dining since I ordered takeout but I really appreciate the staff for taking my order close to closing and just being kind overall despite our lateness LOL. Me and my boyfriend were so hungry we didn't even take any pictures! But I think we'll be back so I'll post an updated review with some in the future. The sushi 2nd roll 1/2 off is really good especially considering the quality of the sushi. Most places will offer it but their rolls will be super tiny. However the rolls were decently size but not huge (which I don't prefer with sushi rolls anyways since it can be hard to eat in a single bite-not the case here, it was a perfect size IMO.) We got 6 rolls and in order of our favorites-deep fried Crunch Roll, Electric Shock (my favorite so don't sleep on it), Halloween roll (tofu skin in a roll?! Delicious AF), volcano roll, dynamic roll (so good too!), and rainbow roll. Nothing wrong with rainbow roll being last since it was still delicious and made fresh but there's so many options I wish I'd gone for one of the unique ones instead. The total for all of them was about 67$, which is a pretty good price for SIX! Rolls, made despite the late hour. We even had leftovers to eat once we filled ourselves the first time LOL. Will come back!! We didn't even try out the Chinese options but I am sure we will. Thank you Chopstix!!! We r so grateful and glad we tried it out and thank you for being nice enough to let us order LOL.

All I can say it Wow! How have I never been here until now? They have some really cute outdoor seating and actually use Chinese style plates and such when you dine in. As usual I got the Hunan Chicken and an egg roll. Easily ordered online and it was ready in 15 minutes. Got in the car and began to smell that this was gonna be a spicy delight! I added on spicy chili oil and that took the heat level from 5 to a 7. It's the way Hunan Chicken should be, but most places are afraid to make it too spicy! Definitely a re-visit in my future.

After an arduous day, a home cooked meal simply wasn't an option. Yelp reviews steered me in this direction. I've actually eaten here several years ago, and didn't particularly like what I ordered. Fortunately, when I placed my order I didn't realize this was the same restaurant! Based on Yelp reviews, I took chances with menu items I wouldn't normally order. I'm glad I did. The food: (Asian-American Styled Takeout-ish) was absolutely delicious. I ordered takeout, so I had a limited view of the entire restaurant. It's dimly lit and mom and son were at the register. A few (what appeared to be) loyal patrons were leaving as I was entering. Great sign! I ordered pork fried rice, no egg, no peas and carrots (it comes with bean sprouts, Yay!), chicken with garlic sauce, shrimp and broccoli, Wonton soup, and a Dinosaur Roll / California Roll combo. Egg Rolls were included. This reminded me of Neo-China when it was good and before they started serving baby shrimp. I only hope they're consistent, but I also understand there will be an errant off night here or there. I definitely think it's worth a try. Asian-American Takeout-ish: 4.4

First time takeaway. New to the area, grabbed a menu two weeks ago when it was still just a takeaway, but was open a couple of days ago when I called in a pickup. Being sushi and Chinese, the menu was not like the 'normal' Asian takeout, where the dishes are exactly the same and the name of the restaurant has been changed to, you know what..... Great food and great service. I had some Chinese dishes and still look forward to the sushi, which I'm sure will be equally well prepared. Probably a better sushi restaurant (the menu is copious) so I'll have to return! Hopefully they will survive covid and continue to serve the community. I definitely recommend you give it a try, especially if your favorite Chinese dish is NOT sweet and sour chicken!!
